5th Grade
Invitations to the SHS Rock and Roll Revival have not been extended to the cluster elementary schools’ fifth grade students this year, based on the timing of the MSAs.
As a result, the traditional Greenwood fifth grade field trip to view the show will unfortunately not be occurring this year.
5th Grade Art in Residency Program has begun collecting items
They are in need of: Old keys, mismatched silverware, larger, heavier metal/plastic utensils, pots & pans, pot lids, screws, bolts, washers, small rocks, pebbles, fishing line, wire (that does not rust!), plastic coated wire, cable (telephone, other), plastic jugs with lids, plastic buckets (large & small), #10 cans, PVC piping, brass & plastic address numbers, copper tubes & piping, small & medium rubber balls (the denser the better), other types of rubber, marbles & nuggets (glass or plastic), treated lumber scraps/planks, and anything else you think might be useful!

The Family Life meeting for parents will be on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. in the media center.
Family Life instruction will start June 1, 2010.
The Philadelphia field trip is on Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Permission slips will be coming soon.
