Student Directory 2011-12

Submissions for the Greenwood Elementary student directory can be easily entered online. If you would like to enter your student information, you can do it here.

  • Please note that any student information that is entered on this website to be printed in the directory does not get shared, and it is not posted on the internet. It is only for the directory volunteers that collect the information to put in the directory. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact our technology chair, Kathy Parker at technology@greenwood-pta.org .

Entering information for the directory does not include PTA membership, so don’t forget to join!

Each year, our PTA creates a student directory for the benefit of our members. We receive student name, grade, addresses and phone number from the school, but we give you the opportunity to provide additional information, such as parent/guardian names, alternate phone numbers, emails, and additional household information for situations such as joint custody.

If you do not want your child included in the directory, please enter his/her name and then check the ‘omit’ box.

Only enter information you wish to be included in the directory. For example, if you do not want your phone number published, do not include it here. If you provide one or more email addresses, a confirmation of your entries will be sent to those addresses.
